Linda Baker, CMP, President Ms. Baker's experience includes trade show, conference,
seminar, convention, association and special event management.
Prior to founding Conference Managers, Ms. Baker served within
the private and association industries as planner for conferences,
seminars, fund-raising campaigns, expositions, conventions,
and special events. Ms. Baker's specialty is convention
and exposition management and promotion. Her publicity experience
includes industry press releases, print, radio and television
advertisements, newsletters and television editorials.

Colleen Campbell, Conference
Director Ms. Campbell joined Conference Managers in March 2003 and manages
logistics, exhibits, and speakers for healthcare and geospatial
meetings and tradeshows with attendances ranging from 600
to 3,000 participants. She is responsible for pre, onsite
and post meeting logistical planning for national annual conferences.
She manages conference publications, logistics, room blocks
and contracts, suppliers, staff and volunteer orientation/management,
RFPs and contract negotiations, future site evaluation and
selection, maintenance of the meeting history, development
of conference budgets, monitors meeting expenditures and reconciles
meeting related invoices. In addition to logistical planning,
her areas of expertise include speaker, registration, exhibits,
and sponsorship program management. Ms. Campbell is a PCMA
member, and regularly attends PCMA sponsored events and seminars.
Ms. Campbell graduated cum laude from American University
in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and is a
member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Melissa Charity, Exhibits Assistant
Ms. Charity provides support in the exhibits department. Prior to joining Conference Mangers, Ms. Charity was employed as an Event Coordinator with producers of the leading trade show in the natural products Industry. Ms. Charity graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a BA in Anthropology and holds a Certificate in Meeting, Conference and Event Management from the Preston Robert Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism and Sports Management at New York University. Ms. Charity is a native New Yorker and in her free time competes with her Border Collie in dog sports in the US and Canada.

Elizabeth Hathaway Davis, Conference Manager Ms. Davis manages logistics, speakers, and exhibits
for seminars, conferences, and tradeshows. Prior to joining
Conference Managers, she was the Memorial Giving Coordinator for
the Visiting Nurse Association in Burlington VT, where she
aided in the planning of their annual meetings and fundraisers.
She graduated cum laude from Bay Path College in Longmeadow,
MA with a B.A in Legal Studies and a Paralegal certificate.

Nadine George, Conference
Director Ms. George holds a master's degree in event and recreation
management. She has worked with Conference Managers since 1994. Nadine
has managed conferences and tradeshows ranging from 500 to
5,000, including international conferences held in the United
States.

Nicole Guy, CMP, Conference Director Ms. Guy is an experienced logistics manager responsible
for the operations of large educational meetings, including
an annual healthcare conference for nearly four thousand participants.
Her responsibilities include logistics, housing management,
expense and cost settlement, and budget management. Ms. Guy
also has demonstrated success in exhibits and sponsorship
management, registration management, guest and client relations,
advertising and marketing development, and educational program
development. Prior to joining Conference Managers in February 1995,
Ms. Guy was a production associate with a special events management
company. Ms. Guy has also served as the sales and events manager
at an offsite venue. Ms. Guy has a B.A. degree in journalism
from Miami University in Oxford, OH.

Dana Hartung, Logistics and Speaker Assistant
Dana Hartung provides support with speakers and logistics projects for conferences and tradeshows. Prior to joining Conference Managers,
Ms. Hartung was employed for 6 years as an Events Coordinator at a magazine publishing company based in Chantilly, Virginia where she
assisted with the coordination of their consumer shows and events. Originally from the New England area, Ms. Hartung has been in Northern
Virginia for 12 years and lives with her husband, two children and two step children. She graduated from Northeastern University in Boston,
MA and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

Lisa McBride, Conference Manager Ms. McBride manages logistics, exhibits, speakers, and
registration for conferences and tradeshows. Prior to joining
Conference Managers, she was a Faculty Advisor with the Congressional
Youth Leadership Council and a Logistics Supervisor with
Musion Systems in London. She has a B.S. in Management from
Purdue University, and is a member of PCMA.

Maggie Pearson, Conference Manager Mrs. Pearson manages registration, exhibits and
logistics for conferences and annual meetings. She is a
member of PCMA and is working towards her CMP. Prior to
joining Conference Managers, Mrs. Pearson worked on
training and staff development events for a small IT
company based in Tysons Corner. As a student she planned
conferences and events at Radford University where she
graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Social Science.
Mrs. Pearson has been with Conference Managers since
spring of 2009.

Todd Ogranovitch, Conference Coordinator Mr. Ogranovitch coordinates exhibits and registration
for conferences and tradeshows. Prior to joining Conference Managers,
Mr. Ogranovitch was in charge of a national craft
competition for a construction association and has over
10 years of database administration experience.
He attended Shepherd College and is a native of Northern
Virginia.

Ms. Rozell manages logistics and registration for seminars, conferences, and tradeshows. Prior to joining Conference Managers, Ms. Rozell studied theatrical stage management and technical design. Ms. Rozell graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Arts from Charter Oak State College. |

Meghan Schofield, Conference Director Ms. Schofield manages housing, registration, and
exhibits for seminars, golf tournaments, board meetings,
and conferences. She provides all detailed and historical
data reports. Prior to joining Conference Managers in 2003, Meghan
was employed by the Humane Society of the United States.
She is a native of the Washington, DC area, and lives in
Virginia with two green iguanas.

Corey Siembieda, Conference Managers Ms. Siembieda manages exhibits and publications for conferences
and tradeshows.
